Taxonomic Research at Beetle Collections Grant

About this program

The Coleopterists Society offers the Taxonomic Research at Beetle Collections Grant to support travel for taxonomic reviews, revisions, and monographs involving beetle collections, with three awards of up to $2,000 annually for expenses such as airfare, lodging, and meals. Applicants must be members in good standing and are encouraged to apply for future travel. Applications, due March 1 each year, must include a project description and goals, itinerary, budget, CV, expert letter of support, and confirmation from each collection that it can host the visit.
