Golden Spigot Award

About this program

The American Water Works Association’s Water Quality & Technology Division offers the annual Golden Spigot Award to recognize exceptional sustained service, creativity, initiative, or dedication to the Division. The recipient receives an individual plaque and complimentary registration to the next AWWA Water Quality Technology Conference & Exposition. Eligible nominees include current or recent committee chairs, current or former committee members, former Division trustees, and former Division chairs within the previous three years; current Division trustees and the current Division chair are ineligible. Nominations must be submitted by a committee member, chair, trustee, or Division chair by May 1 and include a one-page justification documenting contributions within the past three years; self-nominations are not accepted.
