Technical Committee on Research (TCR) Service Award

AATCC’s Technical Committee on Research (TCR) Service Award, established in 2008 and presented annually at the Textile Discovery Summit, recognizes individual members for outstanding technical service to the Association via research committee activity and includes a US$500 honorarium, plaque, free Summit registration for the award year, VIP reception with professional photos, and publicity. Eligible nominees must be individual AATCC members with at least five years of continuous membership who have made an outstanding technical contribution through a specific research committee activity within the past five years; any member may submit a nomination, including self-nomination. Nominations (noted as due March 31) require nominee contact information and profile link, committee name, a description and supporting documentation of the technical contribution, years of contribution, and nominator contact information; up to two awards may be given annually and recipients are selected by unanimous vote of the TCR Service Award Committee.
