Travel Awards for IASA Members to attend the Annual Conference

About this program

The International Association of Sound and Audiovisual Archives (IASA) offers Travel Awards to reimburse 50–100% of the cheapest air or train fare (quoted in US$ or Euros by an official travel agency) for members attending the Annual Conference; awards are disbursed after the conference by bank transfer (or alternative) upon presentation of travel documents. Eligibility is limited to Individual, Institutional, and Sustaining IASA members in good standing, and applications must be submitted in writing using the Travel Award Application Form in response to the specific announcement published in the IASA e‑Bulletin and on the IASA website. Institutional and Sustaining Member applications require countersignature by a director or senior officer; priority is given to applicants from developing countries, paper presenters, and first‑time applicants, and accompanying persons are not covered.
