TSHP Pharmacist Practitioner Recognition (Fellows) Program

About this program

The Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacy (TSHP) Pharmacist Practitioner Recognition Program (FTSHP) recognizes members who have made significant, sustained contributions to TSHP and the health-system pharmacy profession; it is an honorific recognition rather than a funding award. Applicants must be current TSHP pharmacist members with at least five years of active membership, three years of regional or state-level TSHP participation, and seven years of sustained excellence in health-system pharmacy practice after licensure. Candidates may not be current TSHP officers, directors, employees, or Credentialing Committee members, and must submit a completed application, CV, and at least three letters of support by November 15, including one from a current TSHP member and, if applicable, a supervisor.
