Undeniably Dairy Grants (Midwest Dairy)

Midwest Dairy’s Undeniably Dairy Grants provide competitive awards of up to $5,000 per calendar year to support local promotion projects that showcase dairy as good for people, the planet, and communities, with priority outreach to Gen Z (ages 13–25) and urban consumers; eligible activities include on‑farm events, school programs, community engagement, and creative partnerships. Applicants must be Midwest Dairy checkoff–contributing dairy farmers, organized dairy groups with an active contributing farmer on the board (board information required), or agriculture organizations (e.g., FFA, Farm Bureau, 4‑H) located in Midwest Dairy’s 10‑state region; applications are reviewed in three cycles (deadlines March 1, May 1, and September 1). Grant funds must comply with the USDA Dairy Promotion and Research Order and cannot be used to purchase dairy for distribution, most buildings/equipment (limited school equipment exceptions), ice cream machines, or cattle show premiums; applicants must include Undeniably Dairy branding, submit a completed W‑9, provide a final report within 90 days of project completion, and secure their own liability coverage.
