Undergraduate Travel Award

About this program

The Coleopterists Society offers an annual Undergraduate Travel Award of up to $1,000 to support student travel to the Coleopterists Society/Entomological Society of America annual meeting, including registration, transportation, lodging, and meals. Applicants must be enrolled undergraduate students in good standing at a recognized institution and current members of the Society; the meeting must occur during enrollment or the calendar year of graduation. Applications, due March 1 annually, must include a one-page statement of interests, a budget and justification, an enrollment verification letter, and confirmation of responsibility for travel permissions or visas.
