University of Pennsylvania offers a UCNS‑accredited one‑year Headache and Facial Pain Fellowship (one fellow accepted annually) providing comprehensive outpatient headache management and procedure training, multidisciplinary clinical exposure with neurosurgery, neuroradiology, pain management, neuro‑ophthalmology and PM&R, and support to join or initiate basic and clinical research. The program accepts J‑1 visas and applicants with non‑neurology residency training but does not accept applicants from non‑ACGME residency programs.
