Virginia First Responder Naloxone Program

The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) offers a unique opportunity to enhance first responder capabilities in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The First Responder Naloxone Program provides no-cost access to naloxone, supplies, and training, aiming to expand distribution and increase participation in DBHDS REVIVE! training.

Eligible applicants include law enforcement, courts, jails, correctional facilities, probation and parole services, and non-EMS fire service agencies within Virginia. This program is an excellent resource for first responder organizations to obtain essential training and supplies without financial burden.
