Weiser Center for Europe and Eurasia Article Prize

Sponsored by the Weiser Center for Europe and Eurasia at the University of Michigan and administered by ASEEES, the annual Article Prize recognizes an outstanding English-language social science research article on Eastern Europe or Eurasia published in a peer-reviewed journal. The winner receives $1,000 and is honored at the ASEEES Annual Convention. Eligible articles must have been published in the calendar year preceding the competition; the lead author must be a junior scholar who received their doctorate no more than 10 years before publication, although graduate students are eligible. Applicants may be of any nationality, may submit individually or as coauthors, and must submit one article by May 1.
