Wendy Shadwell Conservation Grant

About this program

The American Historical Print Collectors Society (AHPCS) offers the Wendy Shadwell Conservation Grant to support conservation of significant American historical prints and works on paper at least 100 years old held in institutional collections, fulfilling a bequest to preserve early American prints. Eligible applicants are accredited, non-profit institutional collections that are members of AHPCS, with encouragement for small institutions that lack on-site print conservation facilities to apply. Applications are accepted semi‑annually with recurring deadlines of March 31 and September 30; funding amounts are not specified in the announcement.
