WIIN 2107: Voluntary School and Child Care Lead Testing and Reduction Grant

About this program

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection offers the federal WIIN 2107 grant to reimburse lead reduction activities in drinking-water fixtures at eligible schools and child care facilities. Funded activities may include purchasing and installing hydration stations or point-of-use devices, including associated labor costs. Applicants must be Pennsylvania public schools or regulated child care facilities with appropriate water-sampling results showing lead levels above the 5 parts-per-billion remediation trigger.
