Wings to Fly Travel Grant

About this program

The Raptor Research Foundation offers the “Wings to Fly” Travel Grant to support four to five raptor researchers or conservationists traveling from outside the United States and Canada to present a paper or poster at its annual meeting. Awards of up to $2,500 cover airfare, visa fees, food and lodging, waived conference registration, and a one-year RRF membership. Applicants must submit a meeting presentation title and abstract, academic and research details, a motivational essay, estimated travel costs, and—if students—two references. Applications are submitted online by March 31, with the application opening in January each year.
