Yale University/New Haven Hospital offers a 1-year UCNS-accredited Headache Medicine fellowship based at Yale-New Haven Hospital, providing clinical and procedural training through a multidisciplinary team of five full‑time UCNS-certified faculty with NP/RN support and collaboration with neurosurgery and interventional pain services. Fellows manage the full spectrum of headache and facial pain disorders with access to stereotactic radiosurgery, microvascular decompression, outpatient infusions, chemodenervation, peripheral nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and inpatient headache care, with regular division meetings. Eligibility requires completion or current completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency; applicants from non-ACGME programs or without neurology residency training are not eligible, while J‑1 visa holders are accepted.
