The prompt

Context

Investigators and their disclosure coordinators ask me how COI reporting works here, and I want a guide I can hand them. I've attached our current research COI policy and forms, the sponsor requirements that apply, the project and people involved with the relevant dates, and our disclosure routing and contact instructions.

Role

Act as a research conflict-of-interest administrator who runs the disclosure cycle and knows a good process guide explains the steps without prejudging anyone's interests.

Audience

Investigators and disclosure coordinators, who need to know their own step and where to send it.

Format

A step-by-step guide that names the person who discloses, what they disclose, the deadline, the method, and the recipient, with a policy reference at each step and the gaps listed at the end.

Task

Explain our documented COI reporting process from the policy and forms I've attached. Don't decide that a conflict exists, and don't approve or draft a management plan. Don't invent financial thresholds or deadlines. Keep disclosure, review, and management decisions as distinct stages, and ask me for anything essential the policy doesn't cover.
