About this program
The Agricultural & Applied Economics Association (AAEA) Trust offers the 2026 Chester O. McCorkle Jr. Student Scholarship to support graduate student applied research on economic issues related to agriculture. At least one award of up to $2,000 may be used for research expenses, data collection, tuition, and required program-related costs. Applicants must be graduate students conducting relevant agricultural economics research and submit a research description of no more than five pages, itemized budget, major advisor support letter, and graduate transcript by October 12, 2026.
