AAG Student Travel Grants

About this program

AAG offers student travel grants of $500 plus the cost of in-person registration to subsidize travel for students presenting at the AAG Annual Meeting; applications are due by November 15, 2026 (midnight ET) and AAG expects to award at least 20 grants. Awards are allocated by random lottery among all eligible applicants who apply by the deadline. Applicants must be active degree-seeking students (associate, bachelor’s, or graduate) during the 2024–2025 academic years, be current AAG student members, be presenting a paper, poster, or participating on a panel, travel at least 250 miles to the meeting, not be receiving other travel funding for this trip (departmental registration support excluded), and must present as scheduled.
