AAPS Global Leader Award — Nomination

About this program

The American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) presents the annual AAPS Global Leader Award to one leader in pharmaceutical science, technology, engineering, or education whose contributions have produced an outstanding positive impact on education and/or public health; the recipient receives a plaque, complimentary PharmSci 360 registration, up to two hotel nights, and flight reimbursement (up to $500 domestic / $1,000 international). Nominees may be self- or peer-nominated and must have maintained AAPS membership for at least three consecutive years and be a member at the time of application; enterprise-level recipients are ineligible for additional enterprise-level awards in consecutive years. The nomination package must include a CV, a biography highlighting impact (e.g., public awareness, access/availability, use or improved benefit from therapies), 2–3 endorsement letters and a nominator’s statement, and the selected recipient is required to attend PharmSci 360 and participate in the awards presentation and related outreach activities.
