ADM Award for Best Paper in Protein and Co-Products

About this program

Sponsored by Archer Daniels Midland and presented by the AOCS Protein and Co-Products Division, this award recognizes outstanding original research papers on protein and co-products in chemistry/nutrition and engineering/technology. One paper is selected in each category, with recipients receiving a plaque, author certificates, meal ticket(s), and recognition at the AOCS Annual Meeting. Papers published in the Journal of the American Oil Chemists’ Society during the calendar year preceding the Annual Meeting are eligible, except those with authors who received the award within the previous three years. No nomination is required, and authors need not be AOCS members; all eligible papers are automatically considered.
