AI Validation Trials Request for Proposals (RFP)

**Synopsis:**

Cures Within Reach (CWR), a nonprofit organization, is offering a Request for Proposals (RFP) to fund investigator-initiated clinical trials validating AI-driven drug-disease matches for repurposing approved therapies to treat unsolved diseases. The RFP aims to support at least six Phase I or IIA clinical trials with budgets up to $100,000, including a 10% institutional match, and additional funding for community engagement.

Eligibility is open to principal investigators (PIs) worldwide at any career stage, with no limit on submissions per institution or PI. Applicants must use an AI model to generate a repurposing hypothesis and/or preclinical data, and trials must focus on repurposing already approved drugs, biologics, or eligible cellular/gene therapies for diseases outside their approved indications.
