About this program
The Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology offers annual Scholar Awards to support cancer research projects aligned with the Alliance’s research agenda. Recipients receive $40,000 per year in direct costs for two years, with awards non-renewable. Applicants must be oncology junior faculty at Alliance institutions, within five years of completing oncology specialty training and below the rank of associate professor. Proposals require nomination and a letter of support from the relevant Alliance Scientific Committee Chair, and projects supported by other non-institutional funds are ineligible.
