Analytic and Geometric Approaches to the Bhargava-Malle and Batyrev-Manin Conjectures Workshop

Sponsored by the American Institute of Mathematics and the National Science Foundation, this workshop will support collaborative research on arithmetic statistics and analytic and geometric approaches to the Bhargava–Malle and Batyrev–Manin conjectures. The August 2–6, 2027, event in Pasadena will address multiple Dirichlet series, number-field and class-group statistics, and rational-point counting. Researchers interested in these topics may apply to participate, with space and funding available for a limited number of additional participants. Applications are due February 22, 2027, and participants should be prepared to engage in lectures, open-problem discussions, and collaborative working sessions.
