Animal Welfare Grants - Petco Love

About this program

Petco Love Foundation funds U.S. nonprofit animal welfare organizations to support lifesaving work through multiple grant programs and cycles, including general grants, Access to Care (spay/neuter and TNR), Animal Welfare Organizations (sheltering/adoption), and year‑round programs such as Love Stories (awards up to $100,000), Shelter Pet Cancer Treatment, Vaccinated & Loved, and Disaster Relief. Applications are submitted via the Petco Love Partner Portal (Fluxx) within designated windows for each cycle (e.g., general window Sept 1–30, 2025; Access to Care Feb 1–Mar 31, 2026), with several programs open year‑round and select cycles (Helping Heroes and some pet cancer grants) by invitation only. Eligible applicants include U.S.-based nonprofit animal welfare organizations, shelters and adoption groups, spay/neuter clinics, full‑service low‑cost providers, TNR programs, and partners treating shelter pets for cancer; organizations must submit an annual data report through the Partner Portal and will undergo Petco Love due diligence prior to award decisions.
