About this program

The AO Foundation, a nonprofit organization, offers the AO Trauma Asia Pacific Research Mini Grants 2025 to support innovative projects addressing musculoskeletal trauma in the Asia Pacific region. This funding provides up to CHF 8,000 for one year to develop new treatment methods and guidelines for improved patient care. Applicants must be citizens of an Asia Pacific country, under 40 years old, and affiliated with an AO clinical division (AO Trauma, AO Recon, AO Spine, AO CMF, or AO VET). Additionally, the principal investigator or a co-applicant must be an AO Trauma Asia Pacific council member or faculty, with an active paid membership in a clinical division.
