APA Studies on Philosophy and the Black Experience Submission Opportunity

About this program

The American Philosophical Association’s Committee on the Status of Black Philosophers publishes APA Studies on Philosophy and the Black Experience, inviting original articles and book reviews that contribute to philosophy and the Black experience broadly construed. Submissions from any philosophical tradition are welcome, with particular interest in African American and Africana philosophy. Articles should be 10–20 double-spaced pages and book reviews 5–7 pages, formatted according to APA and Chicago Manual of Style guidelines and accompanied by a brief author biography. Deadlines are May 1 for fall issues and December 1 for spring issues.
