About this program

The Australasian Rehabilitation Nurses' Association (ARNA) offers Research Grants to provide financial assistance to members conducting research aligned with ARNA’s research priorities. Funding may be used for salary replacement, research assistants, services (e.g., transcription, health information), statisticians or experts, administrative costs, telecommunications, travel/accommodation for data collection, and software; grants are awarded for an 18-month period and must be acknowledged in resulting publications and presentations. Applicants must be voting ARNA members who have been financial members for at least two consecutive years prior to applying; applications may be submitted to ARNA National or ARNA Chapters and are assessed by the ARNA National Research Working Group. First-round applications close 31 March (with a possible second round on 31 August if required), and successful applicants are notified within six weeks of the closing date.
