Artist Support Grants – United Arts Wake County

About this program

The United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County offers Artist Support Grants of up to $1,500 to fund professional and artistic development for emerging and established artists in visual, performing, literary, and interdisciplinary arts. The grants aim to support artists in creating new work, improving studio operations, or reaching new audiences. Eligibility is limited to individual artists or small, unincorporated groups who have resided in Chatham, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, or Wake County for at least one year, with previous grantees required to wait two years before reapplying. Applications for 2026 open on June 1, 2025, with a commitment to accessibility for applicants with disabilities.
