Artist Trust Fellowship Awards

About this program

Artist Trust offers unrestricted $10,000 Fellowship Awards to recognize artistic excellence and sustained dedication among practicing professional artists in Washington State, with at least eight awards available annually across all disciplines. Applicants must be individual artists or eligible artist teams, at least 18 years old, and Washington residents at the time of application and payment. Applicants are ineligible if they received a Fellowship Award in 2018–2025, two or more prior Fellowships, another Artist Trust grant in 2026, or are currently enrolled in a degree program. Applications are evaluated based on artistic excellence, professional background and experience, and continued commitment to artistic practice.
