Arts for All Grant

About this program

The Greater Harrisburg Community Foundation, a regional foundation of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities, offers the Arts for All grant initiative providing awards up to $7,500 to support arts and cultural programs that increase access and engagement among diverse and underserved audiences across TFEC’s service area. Priority is given to projects such as free public performances, ticket subsidy programs, youth engagement and educational outreach, innovative audience-building initiatives, and equipment purchases that are essential to start or significantly enhance a program. Eligible applicants must be registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits or have a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor and serve Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Perry counties or the Dillsburg area of northern York County. Applications are accepted February 1 through May 1 and should demonstrate measurable increases in arts access for underserved or economically disadvantaged communities.
