ASEEES Distinguished Contributions Award

About this program

The Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies (ASEEES) offers its Distinguished Contributions Award to honor members who have made major contributions through scholarship, service, leadership, mentoring, public outreach, or transformative work in the field. The award welcomes nominations from all disciplines and recognizes contributions that broaden perspectives and advance public understanding of Slavic, East European, and Eurasian studies. Nominees must be submitted by others; self-nominations are not accepted. Submissions are due May 1 and must include a nomination letter of no more than three pages, up to 10 supporting letters of no more than two pages each, and the nominee’s full CV.
