APA Division 7 offers the Award for Distinguished Contributions to Developmental Psychology to recognize an individual or research team for significant achievements in research, student training, and other scholarly endeavors. Selection considers scientific merit, contributions that advance new empirical or theoretical directions, and work connecting developmental psychology with broader societal or interdisciplinary issues. Nominees must be members of APA Division 7 by March 15, 2027, and submissions must include the nominee’s vita. Nominations will be accepted January 1–March 15, 2027.
