Central Minnesota Arts Grants

About this program

The Central Minnesota Community Foundation offers $5,000–$10,000 grants to support publicly accessible, permanent or long-lasting visual art projects, including murals, sculptures, mosaics, and installations, that strengthen community identity and vibrancy. Projects must serve residents of Benton, Stearns, Sherburne, or Wright County and are encouraged to involve community members, youth, local collaborators, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, schools, and government entities; individuals, political organizations, religious projects, completed projects, multi-year requests, and event sponsorships are generally ineligible. Applications open February 1, 2027, and are due March 31 at 11:59 p.m.
