CERF 2015 Student/Early Career Travel Award

The Coastal and Estuarine Research Federation (CERF) offered travel awards of approximately $150–$300 to student and eligible early-career or recent-graduate CERF members to help cover costs of attending the CERF 2015 conference (deadline noted as having passed). Applicants were required to be CERF members in good standing, be enrolled for fall 2015 or have graduated from a related science program after November 2012, and not have previously received a CERF travel award. Award recipients had to be registered for and attend the conference to collect the check, agree to complete a conference evaluation, and were strongly encouraged—but not required—to submit an abstract for presentation; affiliate societies could also provide additional student travel funds.
