CERF+ Emergency Relief Grant (Craft Artists) — $3,000

About this program

CERF+ offers $3,000 Emergency Relief Grants to individual craft artists who have experienced a recent, substantially disruptive emergency or disaster to help them recover and resume their craft practice. Applicants must be 18 or older, have lived and worked in the U.S. or U.S. Territories for at least two years, and demonstrate a recent, public-facing practice producing original, handmade three-dimensional craft objects (examples: ceramics, glass, textiles, wood, metal, jewelry, instruments); two-dimensional, digital, and other listed practices are ineligible. Applications are submitted online on a rolling basis with third‑party ID verification (ID Pal); awards are reviewed case-by-case, limited to one grant per emergency (no more than one per calendar year and a lifetime maximum of four), and incomplete applications are not considered.
