About this program
The American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) Foundation offers Charles W. Finley Visiting Scholar Education Grants to support accredited U.S. periodontal programs in hosting visiting speakers in periodontology. Funds may offset speaker honoraria, travel, promotion, and seminars, and must be matched by the department or institution. Eligible applicants are accredited U.S. periodontal programs, and the visiting scholar must present a formal program for the institution’s faculty and students. Applications are due April 1, with awards and funding issued in April.
