Chick-fil-A, Inc. offers the Community Scholars Program, awarding at least twelve $25,000 scholarships annually to support students' academic journeys at accredited institutions. The program targets future leaders who demonstrate academic success, community service, and financial need, while also providing a one-year leadership development and mentorship opportunity. Eligible applicants are students who meet the criteria of academic achievement, community involvement, and financial necessity, with funds applicable to tuition, fees, books, and education-related expenses. Scholarship checks are issued directly to the educational institution and cannot be used for student loans or refunded to recipients.
