Children and Family Fellowship 2025–2027

About this program

The Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Children and Family Fellowship (April 2025–March 2027) is a two‑year leadership development program that builds the capacity of experienced public and nonprofit leaders to strengthen systems, advance equity, and achieve measurable results for children, youth, and families through seminars, coaching, and peer learning. Strong candidates demonstrate vision for system change, use of data and evidence-based practice, ability to collaborate across disciplines, and readiness to translate learning into organizational and policy impact. Applicants must have at least 10 years of professional experience (excluding volunteer/unpaid internships), hold a current or recent role with significant management responsibility, work on domestic U.S. issues, be at a pivotal career stage, and commit to attend all fellowship activities. Candidates may not be in another fellowship, seek public office, seek employment at the Foundation during the fellowship, or be immediate family of a Foundation board member or senior leader; nominations were due Aug 23, 2024 and applications by Sept 13, 2024 via SurveyMonkey Apply.
