Clinical Achievement Award (CAG)

About this program

The Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG) presents the Clinical Achievement Award to a member who has demonstrated sustained, outstanding contributions to clinical gastroenterology, including distinguished clinical practice, patient care or guideline development, technological innovation, and clinical education. Eligible candidates must hold an appointment at a Canadian university, hospital, or research institute and be Canadian citizens or landed immigrants; both nominators and nominees must be CAG members in good standing for at least three years. Nominations require an online form completed in a single session and must include a Letter of Support and the nominee’s CV, submitted by September 30 (11:59 PM ET). CAG Clinical Affairs reviews nominations and recommends recipients to the Board for final selection; only the recipient is notified by email and is presented at the CDDW™ Conference.
