Clinical Research Grant - Pain in Childhood (APS/CFK #8)

About this program

The Australian Pain Society (APS), in partnership with Cops For Kids (CFK), is offering the APS/CFK #8 Clinical Research Grant of up to $40,000 (inclusive of GST) to support clinical research into childhood pain that can reach a meaningful conclusion within one year. Projects must be conducted in Australia and be relevant to the South Australian population, and may address any aspect of childhood pain (theoretical, mechanistic, diagnostic, treatment, epidemiological or sociological). Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents, and the applicant and their supervisor (if applicable) must be members of the Australian Pain Society and its Pain in Childhood Special Interest Group; grant payments are made quarterly in arrears upon submission and acceptance of a combined Progress Report–Acquittal Form.
