Clinical, Translational and Outcomes Research Award (CTORA)

About this program

The AASLD Foundation’s Clinical, Translational and Outcomes Research Award supports early-career investigators conducting clinical, translational, or outcomes research in liver disease with $200,000 over two years ($100,000 annually). Applicants must be within five years of their first faculty appointment, be AASLD members, commit at least 50% effort to the project, and have an AASLD-member mentor. Projects must be conducted at an eligible nonprofit institution in the United States, Canada, or Mexico; applications are due December 7, 2026.
