Collective Impact Grants

About this program

The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation offers the Collective Impact Grants to support coalitions of high-capacity organizations in developing and implementing systems-change strategies to address economic mobility gaps in the Kansas City region. The grant provides up to $500,000 for a nine-month planning phase and $5 million to $20 million for multi-year implementation, focusing on education, employer connection, and equitable access. Applicants must be coalitions led by a single trusted convener and experienced intermediary, committed to equitable approaches and collaboration with the Kauffman Foundation. Eligibility requires alignment with the foundation’s strategic priorities, including college access, workforce development, and entrepreneurship.
