Community Support Fund

About this program

The Northern New York Community Foundation offers the Community Support Fund to assist nonprofit organizations in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties that provide essential food services. This grant aims to support community-based food pantries, soup kitchens, and school-based programs affiliated with the Food Bank of Central New York (FBCNY) by providing critical food supplies. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) organizations, fiscal sponsors, schools, faith-based organizations, and other charitable entities, provided they are affiliated with FBCNY. Recipients may receive one grant annually, with additional requests subject to review by the Foundation.
