Community Support Grants

About this program

Rasmuson Foundation’s Community Support Grants provide $35,000–$250,000 for capital and non-capital projects with broad community impact, including construction, equipment, technology, historic preservation, parks, pilot projects, and program expansion. Applications are accepted year-round, with capital requests reviewed quarterly and programmatic requests twice annually. Grants typically support organizations with a record of successful community collaboration and prior Foundation funding; applicants must demonstrate organizational capacity, current financials, community partnerships, and, for nonprofits, 100% board giving. Organizations may hold only one active Community Support or Legacy grant, and projects involving core government functions, deficits, scholarships, or K–12 education are generally ineligible.
