Cone Pevehouse Young Neurosurgeon Award

About this program

AANS offers the Cone Pevehouse Young Neurosurgeon Award, a $500 prize presented at the AANS annual meeting to recognize original, meritorious, innovative, and scientifically rigorous work addressing socioeconomic topics in neurosurgery. Eligible candidates are young neurosurgeons not in residency who submit abstracts to the AANS meeting; there is no separate application process. Winners are chosen by the AANS annual meeting Program Committee based on originality, merit, innovation, and scientific process, and the award may not be presented in years when no abstract is deemed deserving.
