Constance Boone Award for Best Student Presentation

American Malacological Society offers the Constance Boone Award, an annual competition honoring Constance Boone that typically awards four $500 prizes (totaling $2,000) for the best student oral and poster presentations delivered at the Society’s annual meeting. Applicants must be current students or have graduated from a degree-granting program (or high school) within six months immediately prior to the meeting’s registration deadline, present an oral or poster contribution at the meeting, and indicate interest/eligibility on the meeting registration form. Presentations are judged on context, originality and approach, completeness, depth of knowledge, and performance (clarity, visuals, and responses to questions).
