Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program

About this program

The Foundation for Enhancing Communities, through Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts, offers the Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program to support Pennsylvania-based creative entrepreneurs forming or growing for-profit businesses. Selected applicants receive a $2,000 grant and free small-business consultation, with applications due March 16, 2026. Applicants must be at least 18, have lived in Pennsylvania for at least one year, operate or intend to establish a business in an eligible creative industry, and report less than $200,000 in gross business revenue. Applicants must complete a consultation and business-plan review with a designated referral coordinator, maintain required licenses and registrations, and submit final reporting and documentation of eligible expenditures.
