About this program
The Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) offers the Creative Learning Grant, funded by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and NYSCA, to support artist-led projects engaging older adults in sequential, skill-building arts learning and creation. Projects must occur in accessible community settings in Manhattan (Inwood to the Battery) between January 1 - December 31, 2025. Eligibility is limited to artists leading participatory arts initiatives for older adults, with updated requirements available in the 2025 program guidelines.
