Call for Pilot Projects in Neuroscience & Society

About this program

The Dana Foundation invites letters of interest for pilot projects advancing the emerging field of neuroscience and society, with awards of up to $150,000 for projects lasting up to 18 months. Projects should support education, training, public engagement, collaboration, or neuroscience-informed solutions to societal challenges through one of the Foundation’s Dana Education, Dana NextGen, or Dana Frontiers programs. Applicants must submit a letter of interest of no more than three pages identifying the relevant program and demonstrating alignment with its objectives and the Foundation’s values. Letters are accepted on a rolling basis, with deadlines of February 16 for summer review and May 24 for fall review; selected applicants will be invited to submit full proposals.
