Departmental Seminar Grants

About this program

The Anatomical Society is offering Departmental Seminar Grants of up to £300 to support visiting speakers for departmental seminars in Anatomical Sciences and related university departments or schools in the UK and Ireland for the 2024/25 academic session. Applications and supporting notes are available from the Executive Administrator (headoffice@anatsoc.org.uk); awards are considered by the Society’s Prizes and Awards Committee and Council (which meet six times a year) and will not be made retrospectively. Eligibility requires at least one member of the applicant team to have been a fully paid-up Anatomical Society member in good standing for at least one year by the application deadline; a university or department may submit more than one application per financial year (1 Oct–30 Sep) if the lead applicant differs, and previous-year awardees must wait one financial year before reapplying.
