Diversity Advancement Scholarship (Fireclay Tile & The Architects Foundation)

Fireclay Tile, in partnership with The Architects Foundation (the philanthropic arm of the American Institute of Architects), offers the Diversity Advancement Scholarship to support equity for Black women pursuing architecture and to narrow racial disparities in the design industry; Fireclay committed $25,000 in 2022 through its Fireclay Gives program and has set a $100,000 fundraising goal to support up to four students, building on more than $50,700 previously raised. Eligibility is limited to Black women who are aspiring or prospective architecture students, although the announcement did not specify application deadlines, award amounts per recipient, or additional eligibility criteria.
